The New Administrative Center becomes part of the landscape in the district, integrated but recognizable by everybody. BIODIVERSITY CONTINUATION The transparent ground floor of the new building is open to its visitors. Different open functions like reception, conferences, kanteen, technical library and cafe welcome the public and employees to the new building. From the Premyslova street, pedestrians and inhabitants of the neighboorhood can see and experience the lanscaped park. The heart of the building is the big green garden, visible from the ground floor which is a smooth continuation of the surrounding nature and symbolically entering inside the project. It’s also a source of daylight and a space to rest and relax. The walkable green roof has interesting views to the forest around and promotes the preservation of biodiversity as well. On the roof stand the wellness/fitness and
the accomodation which can benefit from privacy and tranquility detached from the busy program of the project. TECHNICAL CORE All technical and storage rooms, archives and spaces which don’t require direct sunlight are part of one central blind core which is passing through all the floors. Around this block are situated all the open and flexible spaces like offices and reception program.
